What to expect..
Chef Taffy’s cooking lessons were very helpful. l learnt and gained so many skills through her cooking lessons. We had a fantastic 3 hours class at Taffy’s Snack House.
In our first lesson we were taught how to prepare snacks which include Chicken Quesadillas, Tortilla Samoosa and Pigs in a Blanket / Bacon Wrapped Cheesy Meatball. In this lesson everyone was very helpful because we learnt so many tips and tricks for everyday cooking.
In the second lesson we were taught how to prepare Shawarma, Chicken Satay Kebabs and Ham and Cheese rolls. In this lesson everyone gained a skill on how to prepare, decorate and serve food.
In our first lesson we were taught how to prepare snacks which include Chicken Quesadillas, Tortilla Samoosa and Pigs in a Blanket / Bacon Wrapped Cheesy Meatball. In this lesson everyone was very helpful because we learnt so many tips and tricks for everyday cooking.

Chef Taffy’s cooking lessons taught me to explore multiple ingredients and recipes especially the Fish dish menu, the dish was so fabulous and delicious. We enjoyed learning the proper techniques and different flavour profiles and cooking methods as well as to be creative.
Chef Taffy is the most comprehensive, creative and inspirational l have discovered. l love how she approaches food, creating and making it easy for us to learn and understand quickly. She is also friendly, helpful and professional from first and last.
We all had a great time with the other students and we also appreciate the outcome of every dish she taught us. Through Chef Taffy’s Cooking lessons we learnt to be the master Chef’s in one day.
